All products are made to order using a print-on-demand production model in partnership with Printify.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

wrong size ordered

change of mind
-
personal preferences
-
incorrect address provided by the customer
Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We accept returns, replacements, or refunds only if the item is:

defective
-
damaged
-
misprinted
-
produced incorrectly compared to the original order
What happens with defective items?
In the event of a defective, damaged, or misprinted item, the product does not need to be returned to us for sustainability and hygiene reasons.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will:

issue a free replacement, or
-
provide a full refund
at no additional cost to the customer.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with Printify’s production policy.

clear photos showing the defect or error
